Managing the investment pipeline, loan administration, and transaction execution
Overseeing funding processes and coordinating with agents on drawdowns, repayments, and interest schedules
Reconciliation of loan portfolios and fund cash positions using AllVue and other systems
Supporting fund cash flow forecasting, reporting, and investor capital activity
Managing investor onboarding and communication processes
Coordinating payment execution and working with the fund administrator and depository
Participating in operational improvement projects, particularly around data and technology
Supporting broader initiatives across fund operations and reporting
Who we are looking for
Experience in treasury or a similar fund operations role
Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external service providers
