- Manage and deliver a variety of capital works projects using supply chain partners under NEC TMC Option A contracts.
- Lead site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including Buckinghamshire Council, design partners, and the public.
- Use digital tools such as BIM 360 and Site Assist to manage documentation, permitting, and programme delivery.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks including BMS, NHSS, NRSWA, and Street Manager.
- Drive commercial performance by managing risk, change control, and scheme profitability.
- Full UK driving licence
- SMSTS, EUSR, NRSWA Supervisor
- NVQ Level 3 or 6 in a relevant discipline
- CSCS Supervisor/Manager card
- Strong IT skills (Excel, mobile devices)
- Proven experience in highway maintenance and civil construction (roads, drainage, structures)
- Familiarity with CDM regulations and safety-critical activities
- Temporary Works Coordinator certification
- Working towards or holding professional accreditation
- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
