- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Contract and Facilities Officer.
- Manage property keys and access for both internal and external staff and contractors.
- Offer clear, supportive advice on Facilities Management procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
- Handle all incoming and redirected post efficiently.
- Be the face of the office, assisting general needs tenants and addressing their queries.
- Maintain accurate Facilities Management records, including health and safety documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to address and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and data protection policies.
