- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.

- IT literate - Excel, Word and SAP (although SAP not essential).
- Ability to prioritise own workload to ensure that all deadlines are met.

- Daily/monthly bank reconciliations.
- Closing of CCH for month end including chasing of timesheets during month.
- Preparation and send out of monthly VPM breach reports to staff partners and HR managers.
- Raising credit notes on the CCH.
- Provide cover for the utilisation report.
- Month end reporting including posting of all journals and account reconciliations.
- Quarterly VAT returns.
- BACS payment run reviews.
- Contact with the firm's bank, including the completion of forms necessary for signature authorisations, set up of accounts, etc.
- Maintenance of Lloyds Commercial Banking Online and other banks.
- Monthly intercompany invoicing and reconciliations.
- Collation of monthly WIP and debtor provisions from RPPs.
- Preparation of overall management accounts including source documentation.
- Fixed asset ledger maintenance, ensuring all relevant forms completed and authorised.
- Companies House forms and filings.
- Aid in the preparation of company budgets and Group consolidation.
- Dealing with SAP Concur and TMC queries.
- Creation of process notes for all elements of job.
- Liaison with other members of the department to ensure all necessary information is communicated to those that will be impacted.
- Preparation of year end schedules and liaison with auditors.
- Dealing with Insurance queries.
- Provide cover for other Financial Accountants, especially, month end journals & reconciliations, CCH credit notes and VAT returns.
- Production of ONS statistics by given deadlines.
- Inputting of T10's in CCH.
- Liaising with HR in maintaining Staff Loans records.
- Ad hoc projects where necessary.
