  • Contact person for respective customer on all Quality topics from project phase through to series production
  • Monitor and report of relevant Q-targets, work with other functions to identify and implement actions to maintain or improve performance
  • Handling and on-time resolution of customer complaints and claims in line with relevant requirements and standards using 8D-method according to WIMS QI and Q3 process
  • Prepare, conduct and document process audits (internal and external), implement actions to resolve non-conformances and ensuring efficiency
  • Prepare and implement capability and measurement capability studies to ensure process capability
This is what you bring to us:
  • The ability to respond to input and direction from multiple cross functional departments
  • Expertise in automotive industry standards - Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Conflict resolution, communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of supplier quality experience in an automotive environment.
