We're looking for a Warehouse Stock Auditor to join a distribution centre in Southampton. This is a full-time, permanent role where you'll play a vital part in ensuring stock accuracy within a chilled warehouse environment.Salary: £24,453 per yearHours: 37.5 per week (plus a 30-minute daily unpaid break)Shifts: 5 days out of 7, rotating 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00Environment: Chilled warehouseFull UK driving licence and own car requiredWhat you'll be doingChecking and auditing inbound supplier deliveriesAuditing picker accuracy and investigating any errorsCarrying out load adherence checksFollowing audit and verification proceduresWorking towards daily productivity and accuracy targetsHandling stock across different warehouse areas, including manual tasksWhat we're looking forStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood written and verbal communication skillsBasic IT knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel)Ability to follow processes and respond to instructionsMust hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own transportWhat's on offerCompetitive salary with optional pension schemeFlexible shift patterns where possibleRegular overtime availableFree onsite parking and subsidised canteenFull training providedRecognition awards and incentivesClear career progression opportunitiesRefer a friend bonusThis is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
