
Key Relationships Manager / BDM

- Manage and deepen relationships with key introducers, including accountants, property professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively source and onboard new introducers, creating a strong and sustainable pipeline of quality referrals
- Collaborate closely with the internal broker team to align business development activity with the firm's growth targets
- Represent the brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and introducer meetings
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to management to help refine strategy and product positioning
- Track, monitor, and report on introducer performance, pipeline quality, and conversion rates
- Act as a trusted point of contact for introducers, ensuring service excellence and long-term partnership
- Proven track record in business development or relationship management within financial services (e.g., mortgages, commercial finance, invoice finance, asset finance)
- Strong existing network of introducers or ability to build relationships quickly.
- Solid understanding of the UK mortgage and/or commercial finance market
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-starter with strong organisational skills and commercial acumen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, results-driven team
