The team handles the full spectrum of employment law issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, redundancy processes, TUPE, reorganisations, employment documentation and termination advice.There is a healthy mix of advisory, transactional and contentious work, including regular appearances at Employment Tribunals for both claimants and respondents.
