
Employment Solicitor

You will:
- Advise on day-to-day employment law and HR matters
- Prepare submissions and manage cases before the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal
- Draft contracts, policies, handbooks and settlement agreements
- Take and draft witness statements and conduct legal research
- Develop advocacy skills through tribunal representation
- Support with TUPE-related matters in business sales and transfers
- Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops for clients
- Contribute to business development initiatives
- NQ-5 years’ PQE (more experienced candidates will also be considered)
- Strong interest in employment law with a willingness to develop advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload with excellent client care skills
