
IT Support – User & Asset Management

- The creation of all new starters and profiling their laptops
- The on-boarding all new starters
- The processing of leavers and ensuring the return of the IT equipment.
- Maintaining detailed records in the ServiceNow ticketing system and ensuring all tasks and activities are logged and updated in real-time
- To complete daily, weekly and monthly assurance, audits and review tasks in accordance with the controls defined in ISO27001
- Maintaining and continually improving the asset and user registry and processes
- A high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- The ability to maintain accuracy even when working under pressure.
- Strong aptitude for understanding and absorbing complex requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering positive experiences.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and finding better ways of working.
- Flexibility to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and “soft skills”.
- Solid administrative skills, ideally including stock management and monthly stock control checks (desirable but not essential).
- Problem-solving ability, with experience in resolving customer requests and managing complex requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to continuous self-improvement and professional development.
- Competent with all IT skills, with good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
