Job Category: ITJob Description:About the role:We have a great opportunity to join our IT Service Delivery team as a User and Asset Administrator based in our London Office, overlooking Tower Bridge.You will play a key part in supporting user and asset management. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely administration of user accounts, as well as maintaining accurate asset information in line with agreed SLAsYou will be responsible for:
  • The creation of all new starters and profiling their laptops
  • The on-boarding all new starters
  • The processing of leavers and ensuring the return of the IT equipment.
  • Maintaining detailed records in the ServiceNow ticketing system and ensuring all tasks and activities are logged and updated in real-time
  • To complete daily, weekly and monthly assurance, audits and review tasks in accordance with the controls defined in ISO27001
  • Maintaining and continually improving the asset and user registry and processes
Within this role you will also work closely with other Service Delivery personnel to ensure a consistent and high quality support service is delivered to the business.About you:We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong willingness to learn new skills and processes. You should enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team while also being confident in working independently. The role requires someone who can work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads to completion.Key Competencies:
  • A high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • The ability to maintain accuracy even when working under pressure.
  • Strong aptitude for understanding and absorbing complex requirements.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering positive experiences.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes and finding better ways of working.
  • Flexibility to work both as part of a team and independently.
Experience and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and “soft skills”.
  • Solid administrative skills, ideally including stock management and monthly stock control checks (desirable but not essential).
  • Problem-solving ability, with experience in resolving customer requests and managing complex requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous self-improvement and professional development.
  • Competent with all IT skills, with good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
