Job descriptionYou’ll be working at the heart of one of London’s leading event venues, leading a small on-site team, and liaising closely with our head office to deliver seamless and memorable experiences for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Storeroom & Inventory ManagementMaintain a safe and efficient AV storeroomPerform stock checks and oversee kit maintenanceImplement and manage a warehouse inventory systemEvent Support & DeliveryLead AV setups for internal meetings across the venueDeliver AV for events in North and South Galleries (up to 4 rooms)Manage and operate default auditorium AV packages (including out-of-hours when needed)Planning & SchedulingMaintain and update the production calendarCoordinate with Head Office for effective planningEnsure team coverage for upcoming eventsTeam LeadershipManage, support and guide on-site AV techniciansAssist in training and development of junior team membersWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years’ experience in live event productionStrong technical production backgroundSolid understanding of audio, lighting, projection and LED systemsExperience managing people is a bonusContract/Position Details:About ProsperoProud to be listed in the Times as one of 'The Best Companies To Work For', Prospero Integrated is an innovative and forward-thinking recruitment agency.
