- Lead on high-volume Employee Relations cases
- Provide clear, practical advice to line managers on HR policies and procedures
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with employment law and internal standards
- Solid generalist HR experience, ideally gained in logistics, distribution, or a similar fast-moving environment
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Confidence in managing complex ER cases, including those involving union representation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Availability for an October start
