– Provide expert legal advice to planning officers about planning law and policy.
– Draft Section 106 agreements and highway agreements with meticulous attention to detail.
– Attend and advise at monthly planning committee meetings, effectively communicating complex legal matters.
– Engage with politicians and senior managers to facilitate strong working relationships and successful outcomes.
