- Provide expert legal advice to planning officers about planning law and policy.
- Draft Section 106 agreements and highway agreements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Attend and advise at monthly planning committee meetings, effectively communicating complex legal matters.
- Engage with politicians and senior managers to facilitate strong working relationships and successful outcomes.
