- Manage employee relations and HR operations
- Advise on policies and procedures
- Support improvement initiatives and reporting
- Travel to sites may be required
- HR experience in a multi-site, operational environment
- CIPD qualification desirable
- Skilled in ER case management and union engagement
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and HR documentation
