
Senior HR Adviser – FTC – International Law Firm – Competitive Salary

- 12-month fixed-term contract (with possibility to extend)
- 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
- Maintain accurate data across all firm HR systems
- Managing relevant employee relations cases
- Coordinate mid-year and annual appraisal process for business services and fee earner reviews
- Coordinate the SQE application process
- Responsible for preparing monthly payroll reports
- Primary contact for all HR benefits
- Oversea the firm's onboarding / offboarding process for all new starters and leavers
- Assist with coordinating interviews when needed
- Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm is essential
- CIPD qualification is required
