Hastings & Rother Healthcare have an exciting opportunity to join our Triage Team in two full-time Triage Administrator roles. These positions involve supporting the clinicians in managing the triage process, providing patient feedback, advice and care pathways as instructed. The roles also include a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties. Both positions are full time: one working Tuesday to Friday, and the other Monday to Friday.You will be an integral part of our dynamic and evolving organisation. Previous experience of working in a busy office environment is required.Benefits:

Main duties of the jobTo be responsible for supporting the clinicians in managing the triage process. Respond to clinician direction, offer patient feedback and advice as instructed. Undertaking a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, the processing of information (electronic and hard copy) in a timely manner, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers and in accordance with current policies, including the use of the electronic referral service (ERS).About usHastings & Rother Healthcare (HRH) consists of three GP practices within Hastings and St Leonards.
