
Business Travel Operations Manager – Global TMC

- Oversee operations for one key global client, working closely with the Account Manager to ensure service excellence
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 6 experienced Business Travel Consultants who will be booking complex global itineraries using Sabre
- Manage all aspects of team performance: 1-2-1s, performance reviews, rotas, sickness and holiday cover
- Handle any escalated customer service issues with a hands-on, solution-focused approach
- Collaborate across departments to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Proven experience in Business Travel Operations Management within a TMC environment
- Alternatively, a skilled Supervisor or Team Manager who's almost hands off, ready for progression
- Sabre GDS experience is highly desirable
- Strong people leadership skills with a proactive and supportive management style
- Confident in managing high-touch, demanding clients with professionalism and poise
- Fully Homeworking if you prefer or Hybrid working - max one day per week in the London office
