- Carrying out day-to-day site maintenance and basic repairs
- Supporting school functions, including setting up rooms and moving equipment
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained throughout the site
- Managing site security and monitoring access when needed
- Liaising with contractors and external providers
- Performing manual handling tasks as necessary
- Must hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service
- Previous experience in a similar caretaking or facilities role (school experience desirable)
- Good communication, organisation, and practical skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts during term time
