- Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
- Cash Collection
- Manage daily cash collection and set up direct debits
- Maintain card payment systems
- Bank Reconcilations
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Expenses Management
- Review and process employee expense claims
- Corporate card reconciliations
- Reporting & Analysis
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assisting with accruals and prepayments
- Adhoc
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with management of company cars and internal systems
- Assist with audits and compliance requirements as needed.
