- Ensure timely and professional service delivery to meet contractual obligations
- Manage depot operations to optimize costs while upholding service quality
- Maintain and improve service levels through effective team management
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly to prevent recurrence.
- Report operational issues and customer feedback to the Depot Manager
- Review and refine service delivery strategies for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to customers and management
- Plan and schedule workload and manpower to achieve targets cost-effectively
- Proven experience in operational management within logistics or waste management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Thorough understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively
- Proven experience in managing operations within a logistics, waste management, or similar fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable leadership and motivational skills, with experience leading diverse teams
- In-depth knowledge of logistics and waste management regulations, including health & safety and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A track record of delivering results under pressure, meeting KPIs and service standards consistently
