Contract: Ongoing (Full-Time or Part-Time)We are seeking a Locum Social Worker to join our Locality Team in Pontefract. This ongoing locum role offers a competitive hourly rate of £35.00 and the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours. Experience in Child in Need and Child Protection is essential.Flexible Role Opportunities: Candidates with Children in Care experience are encouraged to transition into Child Protection work.Team Collaboration: Participate fully in duty week and ongoing team activities, ensuring effective responses to community needs.Working ArrangementsOne duty day per week during non-duty weeks.Office-based participation during duty weeks.Flexible working policies supporting efficient remote work.Team CultureThe Locality Team is fast-paced, collaborative, and guided by a supportive permanent manager.
