- Ensure that learning experiences are delivered in a manner that attends to individual development in the context of business and team performance.
- Actively promote a learning philosophy aligned to Investec's culture and values.
- End to end operational management of learning experiences end to end, from needs analysis and design to evaluation and ROI assessment.
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of learning initiatives through an active process of ongoing feedback and review to ensure they are fit for purpose and continue to address business needs.
- Co-ordinate across the organisation to ensure learning activities are properly planned, joined up, well communicated, commercially viable and effectively delivered with an intention to minimize duplication and ensure leverage.
- Demonstrate how learning, wellbeing and culture work together to drive strong organisational performance. The confidence to speak to this in front of a variety of audiences, including leadership teams, townhalls, and ExCo's.
- Passion for learning, with experience in a Learning role previously.
- Programme and Project Management: Strong capability in managing projects and events, including budgeting and stakeholder management.
- Learning Methodologies: Knowledge of adult learning theories, modern practices, and proficiency in learning experience platforms.
- Data Management: Strong skills in data management, regulatory reporting, and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for lifelong learning and personal development.
