- Proven listing and instruction-winning experience
- Previous estate agency lettings experience is essential
- Excellent telephone and sales skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Intelligent, quick-witted, and adaptable
- Knowledge of the Whitstable area is advantageous
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle required
- 5-day working week
