What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Generate new instructions through proactive outreach and lead follow-up
  • Conduct accurate, engaging market appraisals
  • Secure new property listings for the agency
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with vendors and clients
  • Maintain high customer service standards throughout the process
  • Actively promote the brand and contribute to business development
  • Work to and exceed both individual and office performance targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Experience in estate agency sales and valuations is essential
  • Proven success in instruction winning
  • Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
  • Personable, well-presented, and client-focused
  • Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented
  • Knowledge of the Medway property market is a bonus
  • Full UK driving licence and own car required
