NQ Personal Injury Solicitor/CILEX - ExeterChadwick Nott have recently received instructions from a highly regarded law firm with a strong presence both in the UK and internationally who are looking to recruit a NQ Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive into their central Exeter office.As part of the wider civil litigation team, you will work on domestic and international personal injury disputes.Responsibilities:
  • Advise and represent clients in travel litigation, both in litigation and ADR.
  • Handle claimant and defendant personal injury matters, including cross-border cases.
  • Progress cases through litigation and explore ADR methods.
  • Participate in team marketing and business development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
  • NQ Legal Executive or Solicitor with litigation experience.
  • Experience in English personal injury cases is essential.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Proven ability to manage and progress files independently from inception to conclusion
  • Strong client focus, commitment to service delivery, and a keen interest in business development.
  • Strong academic record.
