They offer high quality production and supply to customers in a range of industries building a tremendous reputation for the quality of service they provide.The RoleWorking closely with the Production, Quality and CAD/CAM teams you will enhance all current processes, support new projects, and sustain their reputation. You will be responsible for the optimisation of their CNC machine processes ensuring delivery of precision, efficiency, and consistent quality across a diverse range of components.Monitoring the performance of CNC equipment and communicate any recommended maintenance or upgrades that may be required as well as being a role model to CNC operators and apprentices by providing technical guidance which includes training on new processes or technologies.Generate fixture designs, jig designs and working alongside the Production Manager on specialist tooling leading to higher efficiency.The PersonWith a minimum of 2 years experience in CNC Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering you will be creating and optimising CNC programs for their Haas CNC milling centres, multi-axis long-length extrusion machines to maximise efficiency and streamline operations.
