- Proven customer service skills - previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
- A professional, approachable manner and excellent communication skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in spoken and written English language
- Willingness to train and achieve necessary qualifications
- A proactive approach to ensuring safety and security
- Full training provided - no prior security experience required- First Aid and SIA training with support to gain your licence
