
Quantity Surveyor

- Managing sub-contracts: issuing tender enquiries, awarding contracts, and assessing monthly payment applications
- Supporting the preparation of monthly CVRs and forecasts (internal and client-facing)
- Assisting with final account agreements and substantiations
- Ensuring compliance with Tarmac and client processes to mitigate commercial risk
- Accurately valuing completed work and ensuring timely cash collection
- Preparing and submitting monthly applications for payment
- Issuing early warning notices and managing compensation events
- Previous experience in surfacing or highways infrastructure projects
- Strong drive and ambition to succeed
- NEC3/4 contract experience (highly desirable)
- Solid sub-contract administration skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and a process-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel between sites as required
