The practice works across the defence, blue light, education, healthcare, commercial, and residential sectors, delivering projects typically valued between £500k and £15m.You’ll be part of a collaborative, people-focused team that prioritises work-life balance, personal development, and a supportive culture, contributing to diverse projects from inception to completion while helping deliver innovative solutions for clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver cost control, budgeting, procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Advise design teams on cost, assess tenders, and prepare recommendations.
  • Attend site meetings, authorise payments, and monitor budgets.
  • Agree final accounts and appoint/supervise specialist contractors.
  • Support business development to secure new clients/projects.
Candidate Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, 2+ years’ experience.
  • MRICS or working towards (APC support provided).
  • Knowledge of modern/traditional construction methods and Building Regulations.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
