- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Advising on data protection, IP, outsourcing, and procurement matters.
- Supporting major projects and transactional due diligence.
- Contributing to the integration of AI tools into legal workflows.
- Supervising junior team members and managing client relationships.
- Qualified solicitor (Scotland or England & Wales) with 3–8 years PQE.
- Strong experience in commercial contracts and data protection.
- Interest in legal tech and AI innovation.
