Senior Electrical Project Engineer

• Lead pre-commencement planning to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Review project scope to ensure accurate delivery of client requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of engineering solutions to financial/commercial targets.
• Provide accurate progress updates to the Project Manager and Commercial Lead.
• Lead and support project team members and manage subcontractors where required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project.
• Ensure successful close-out of works, maximising profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrable experience in electrical building services projects, ideally high value (£10m+).
• Strong background in electrical/mechanical installations within a construction environment.
• An industry-recognised trade or professional electrical qualification.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
