- Manage and scan incoming post on a daily basis.
- Assist with answering and directing phone calls within the department.
- Use financial back-office systems effectively and accurately.
- Prepare handouts, reports, and presentation materials for client meetings and internal use.
- Generate client valuations using internal systems.
- Request quotes and illustrations from financial product providers.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a professional environment.
