We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of quality assurance processes, including HACCP principles.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to maintain product integrity.
Perform data analysis on quality metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Identify non-conformities and work collaboratively with production teams to resolve issues promptly.
Assist in the development and refinement of quality control procedures.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.
Participate in training sessions to promote awareness of quality standards among staff.ExperiencePrevious experience in a quality control or assurance role is preferred.
Familiarity with HACCP principles is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
