  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production processes and minimal downtime.
  • Implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage operational budgets, monitor stock levels, and ensure production demands are met efficiently.
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards to consistently deliver products that exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a manufacturing team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment while supporting employee development.
  • Ensure best health and safety practices are maintained, adhering to the company’s Health and Safety Policy.
What You Will Bring:
  • At least five years’ experience in planning and managing complex manufacturing operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations with a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
  • Proven experience working within BRC-led companies, ISO 9001 QMS, and HACCP systems within production or manufacturing
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and build effective teams across various disciplines.
  • Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills, with a hands-on, flexible approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience within packaging and / or print industry highly advantageous
