An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and fast-growing boutique consultancy based in Central London. This ambitious start-up, founded by highly respected Directors from a leading cost consultancy, already boasts a strong pipeline of prestigious projects across commercial and residential sectors.The Quantity Surveyor RoleThe successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining at an early stage in the company’s journey, offering the unique chance to grow alongside the business. With future plans to expand to around 25-30 staff, this is a rare opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to shape their career with real influence and support.Current & upcoming project include:
  • £600m new build commercial office development
  • £70m office refurbishment
  • £50m high-end residential refurbishment
  • £30m office refurbishment
  • Further Residential & Commercial offices from £2m – £10m
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be given exposure to high-value schemes from early stages through to completion, working closely with Directors who are well known in the industry for delivering top-tier projects. This role offers excellent mentorship and a clear pathway to Senior Quantity Surveyor level.The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
  • Good pre and post contract experience
  • Experience with commercial office or Residential sectors
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • ideally MRICS or working towards
