- Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities to meet individual student needs.
- Assist with classroom management to maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for students requiring additional help.
- Help prepare and organise learning resources and classroom materials.
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff.
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning needs.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
