- Provide 2nd and 3rd line application user support, resolving calls quickly and efficiently in line with SLAs.
- Identify and resolve application problems, escalating to senior analysts or external agencies as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all business applications and assist in the deployment of new systems and technologies.
- Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of solutions to issues and problems.
- Monitor interfaces and applications to ensure key processes are completed successfully, including repairs, payments, rent debits, and year-end processes.
- Administer key system components, including configuration tables, communication templates, forms, and workflow processes.

- Experience providing 2nd and 3rd line application support in an ITIL environment.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Good appreciation of data and information management and technical database skills.
- Relevant applications and information technology experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems, cloud services, and evolving AI technologies.
- Ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to create detailed plans, procedures, and policies.
- Systematic and planned approach with discretion in handling confidential information.
- Database Qualifications (including SQL language) (Desirable)
- ITIL Qualification (Desirable)
- HNC/HND or equivalent professional experience
