- Establish a strategic vision for the business, drive a customer centric, high accountability culture that supports appropriate risk taking and decision making from the team. This includes ensuring an environment that encourages and sustains the spirit and reality of a business partnership across functional organizations and other lines of business.
- Own the overall European P&L to include achieving the annual budget: Revenue, Gross Margin, Operating Income, CFFO.
- Develop and execute strong partnerships between Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and other functions in the organization to leverage full scope of organizational capabilities to ultimately deliver outstanding service to all stakeholders
- Understand how market dynamics and industry trends may affect business needs and align business objectives to leverage these dynamics/trends
- Inspire the team to leverage all aspects of established/new commercial effectiveness programs to ensure desired results in a competitive marketplace.
- Lead cross functional teams of Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR with responsibility of developing and delivering growth strategies and managing the success of the business.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent within the organization through effective performance management, development planning and succession management.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts while ensuring alignment and consistency with functional leaders through a robust business management framework.
- Lead growth initiatives; develop business plans, team member and customer value propositions to support new business opportunities.
- Lead change across the region to ensure commercial effectiveness is aligned with the season of the business.

- Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to influence peers and team members outside reporting line; effective engagement and credibility with multiple stakeholders including executives, senior customers, industry leaders, and team members
- Strong planning, problem solving, project management, negotiation and decision making skills
- Strategic, analytic thinker who consistently demonstrates solid business judgment and delivers business insights and results across a range of disciplines
- Highly organized and process focused, able to clearly prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects and implement sustainable processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present, influence and manage stakeholder interests at all levels of management and staff across the region
