As Senior Case Management Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality workflows and solutions that directly empower legal professionals across the organisation.What you'll be doing:Designing and configuring advanced workflows and solutions within a modern browser-based CMSLeading on low-code and no-code platform configuration, with occasional custom developmentCollaborating with programme teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure effective deliveryMentoring junior developers and guiding best practices across the teamPlaying an influential role in the successful adoption of the new legal tech platformActing as a technical partner across CRM and ERP integrations✅ What you'll bring:Hands-on experience with legal Case Management Systems (such as ShareDo, Peppermint, LEAP, or OpenText), ideally within regulated or legal sectorsProven experience working on CRM/ERP transformations or similar enterprise-wide systemsStrong understanding of workflow design, business logic, and system integrationsThe ability to translate business needs into scalable and practical tech solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across technical and non-technical audiencesA collaborative, inclusive approach to leadership and mentoringWhat's in it for you?You'll be joining a purpose-led organisation undergoing exciting change - and will be part of a growing team that values innovation, inclusion, and career growth.
