
Fire and Security Service Manager

- Plan, allocate, and oversee service and fault work for engineers, ensuring optimal resource utilisation
- Supervise, mentor, and support engineers, providing technical guidance as needed
- Assist office administration staff with technical queries and job coordination
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including job bookings, call-outs, time sheets, and preventative maintenance schedules
- Manage client communications, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as SLA adherence, first-time fix rates, and PPM completion
- Ensure all activities comply with NSI, BAFE, and HSE standards
- Provide occasional technical support on-site and represent the company at client meetings
- Strong technical understanding of fire and security systems
- 3 years' supervisory experience within the fire and security services sector, including hands-on field exposure
- Excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills
- Effective communicator, able to liaise confidently with technicians, clients, and suppliers
- Proficient in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate service records
- Full UK driver's licence
- NSI and/or BAFE certifications preferred
