- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports for clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored audit solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the audit team.
- Identify and communicate key audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality audit work.
- Stay updated on changes in auditing and financial reporting standards.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with technical advice when needed.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in audit within the professional services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
