- Lead engagements and support with the management of a varied client portfolio within the Public Sector, at times proactively identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, taking on increased responsibility in client-facing engagements and providing the high level of service expected across the firm
- Lead and coordinate the full Audit cycle, ensuring tasks are appropriately delegated and outputs are reviewed to meet the firm’s high standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments and sector-specific changes.
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Audit team, mentoring junior staff and acting as a subject matter expert in both audit generally and sector-specific changes
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with UK-based Public Sector clients
- Demonstrated ability to lead Audit teams at the Manager or Senior Manager grade
- Strong client engagement skills with relevant sector experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
