This leadership role offers the chance to shape client relationships, drive business growth, and mentor a high-performing team.Working directly with directors, you’ll take ownership of large-scale commercial and residential projects, provide strategic advice, and influence the direction of both projects and the business itself.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major cost consultancy commissions from inception to completion
- Maintain senior-level relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Drive fee generation, pipeline development, and business planning
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants and graduates
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the London office
- MRICS qualified with extensive post-qualification experience
- Strong consultancy background with demonstrable leadership skills
- Track record of delivering complex, high-value projects
- Commercially astute and confident in client-facing roles
- Ability to support team growth and contribute to business development
- Hybrid working with tech support (iPhone & laptop)
