- Lead and optimise paid growth campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search, and other performance channels.
- Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy that includes SEO, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Drive user acquisition and retention through full-funnel experimentation, data analysis, and continuous optimisation.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend with a strong focus on ROI and customer LTV.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and content teams to align growth initiatives with broader business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles, ideally within a B2C tech or app-based company.
- Proven ability to scale acquisition channels while managing efficiency (CAC, ROAS, retention).
- Deep experience with Meta and TikTok Ads, with hands-on knowledge of paid search, SEO, and email platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (e.g. GA, Looker, Amplitude, Excel).
- Experience in hospitality, FMCG, or adjacent industries is a bonus.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in-office 4 days a week.
