You'll be prototyping, automating, collaborating, building - and constantly learning.🔧 What You'll Be DoingBuilding out smart internal tools using Python, SQL, and AlteryxWorking on end-to-end solution delivery - from scoping ideas to full deploymentCollaborating with Data Analysts, Power BI experts, and Tax SMEs to bring solutions to lifeHelping upskill non-tech stakeholders across the Tax teamDigging into processes, spotting inefficiencies, and automating the boring stuffKeeping up with emerging tech (AI, ML, RPA, etc.) and testing what actually works👀 What We're Looking ForProven experience with Python and SQL (data wrangling, automation, analytics)Understanding of tax or finance processes OR experience working in a corporate / professional services environmentAn eye for inefficiency - and the curiosity to fix it with techStrong communication skills (you'll work closely with non-tech users)Bonus points if you have:Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, or data visualisation toolsKnowledge of Agile, database design, or classic ML algorithmsCertifications (e.g., ATT, Alteryx) or a data science background🎁 What You'll GetUp to £65,000 + 26 days holiday (+ option to buy more)⚡Why Join?You'll be part of a global consultancy with the agility and feel of a smaller, close-knit team.
