Job DescriptionChef de Partie - Up to £32,000 - Hotel - Live inWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join this established kitchen team. Previous experience within a rosette-level setting is ideal, although not essential.

We offer an immediate start working five days out of seven. The package includes a meal on duty, a share of staff tips, and pension contributions. Some experience in event cooking will be useful, especially during the summer.Duties & responsibilities:

Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service.
As a Chef de Partie, you will use your eye for quality to produce high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients.
Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are always maintained.
Maintain areas of work.
