As the Chef de Partie you will be required to:
Strive to create new and creative menu offerings alongside the Head Chef
Be original with your presentation & menu ideas
Be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality food
Play a role in menu development
Cater for hotel afternoon teas & functions
To apply the Chef de Partie will have:
Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce
A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail
A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
Extremely organised
