Here, each child’s talent is nurtured to flourish with education for life. This school is looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual ready to inspire and support young children's development. Support is crucial in the Early Years of a child’s development both inside and outside the classroom and at this school curriculum is focused on interactive experience and children are encouraged to investigate the world around them.This role is Full Time and Permanent, and they are looking to fill this position immediately. As an Early Years Practitioner you will play a crucial role in the social and educational development of children. There is a strong emphasis on providing the opportunities for children to develop as individuals and learn to collaborate.Responsibilities
  • Providing a creative and engaging learning environment for young minds to absorb.
  • Using interactive learning experiences to encourage children to learn.
  • Helping young children make sense of the world and establish a lifelong love of learning.
  • Plan activities that stimulate children’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical development.
  • Encourage curiosity, imagination and confidence.
Requirements
  • Experience in Childcare ; L2/L3 Qualifications are desirable but not essential
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with other practitioners.
  • Strong organisational and observational skills
  • Enthusiasm for delivering inspiring and creative opportunities to learn
  • Awareness of safeguarding and child protection services
