- Drive and refine campaigns across a mix of channels (paid, owned, and organic) to deliver measurable growth.
- Own paid acquisition (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.), optimising performance for both pipeline impact and CAC efficiency.
- Collaborate with external partners on joint demand-generation and co-marketing initiatives to generate qualified opportunities.
- Produce compelling product-centric content, from ebooks and factsheets, to demo videos and other creative assets.
- Regularly monitor, analyse, and report on key funnel metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and overall pipeline contribution.
- Test, tweak, and optimise messaging, creatives, and channels to drive continuous improvement.
- Keep the company website fresh, accurate, and SEO-optimised, while ensuring functionality aligns with best practice.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, spanning direct-to-market and partner-led campaigns.
- Work with designers, media outlets, and print suppliers to bring campaigns and assets to life.
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent higher-level qualification) in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field.
- 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally with a track record in demand generation and driving ARR growth.
- Demonstrated success managing paid acquisition campaigns and email marketing programmes that deliver clear ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, funnel metrics, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
- Tech-savvy, with hands-on expertise in platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Excellent written communication skills; able to create compelling assets like ebooks, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Confident representing at exhibitions, industry events, and partner activities.
- Experience marketing to SMB/Enterprise customers in the contact centre industry.
- Familiar with SEO, marketing operations and/or marketing ops.
- Experience building and optimising websites/landing pages.
